醫療資源較不足的區域，手術的治療都需要透過國際的慈善援助才能完成，這次的台北金邊醫療教育訓練援助，我們針對27位非政府組織的醫療人員給予了有意義的經驗交流，與會的人員都非常認真，希望這樣善的開始，能夠替未來的持續合作，建立優良的根基。
In areas where medical resources are insufficient, surgical treatments can only be completed through international charitable assistance. During this Taipei Phnom Penh surgical education and training program, we provided meaningful experience exchanges to 27 medical personnel from non-governmental organizations. The participants were hard learning and we hope that this good start can lay a good foundation for continued cooperation in the future.
