2026年的春天，我再次回到中南半島，我們在Angkor兒童醫院，用著近10年前法國醫生留下來依然可用的顏面骨折內固定骨板骨釘，一起完成了顏面骨折跟咬合修復的示範手術，我想當我下次重返，這個手術的方式一定會留在兒童醫院。
接續我因著計劃案第二次重返與 Dr. Vuthy 父女一起用我在台北拜師學會的唇腭裂修復方式，完成計劃案中的交流手術。
柬埔寨從我學生時代第一次來到這裡跟著不同的非政府組織做了許多事情開始，我就無法忘懷這裡。我想未來的柬埔寨一定會越來越好，這是我曾經至今仍然深愛的地方。
In the spring of 2026, I returned to the Indochina Peninsula once again. At Angkor Hospital for Children, using facial fracture internal fixation plates and screws left by a French surgeon nearly a decade ago, we performed a demonstration surgery for facial fracture regarding to malocclusion. From now on, I believe when I return again, this surgical technique will take root here at the children‘s hospital.
Following this, as part of my second mission for the project, I reunited with Dr. Vuthy and his daughter. Using the cleft lip and palate repair techniques I learned from my mentor in Taipei, we completed the surgeries together.
Ever since my first visit to Cambodia as a student working with various NGOs, this land has never left my heart. I believe Cambodia’s future will only shine brighter, always being the place I have loved deeply from the very beginning.
