三個月的唇顎裂慈善醫療交流，也正式來到尾聲。
在 CLAPP Hospital 的這段時間，不只是參與手術與照護，更讓我在唇顎裂治療的道路上持續成長，重新理解跨國醫療合作與技術傳承的重要性。
在離開前，我示範了自己於台北醫學大學體系所學習的牙槽骨膜修復術（Gingivoperiosteoplasty, GPP），希望這項技術未來能在巴基斯坦持續發展，幫助更多唇顎裂孩子在混合齒列時期獲得更完整的齒槽與顱顏重建治療。
對我而言，真正重要的從來不只是完成一場手術，而是讓一項技術、一套觀念，能夠在另一個地方真正留下來、生根並逐漸進步。

Three months of cleft charity surgical exchange at CLAPP Hospital have finally come to an end.
This journey not only strengthened my surgical experience in cleft care, but also reshaped my understanding of humanitarian medicine, education, and the importance of passing surgical knowledge forward.
Before leaving Pakistan, I demonstrated Gingivoperiosteoplasty (GPP), a technique I learned through the craniofacial team at Taipei Medical University. I truly hope this procedure can continue to develop locally and benefit more children with cleft lip and palate in the future, especially during the mixed dentition stage when alveolar reconstruction plays a critical role in long-term craniofacial development.
To me, the most meaningful part of international surgical exchange is never just performing an operation, but ensuring that the knowledge, philosophy, and surgical techniques can remain, grow, and continue helping future generations long after we leave.
