2026年5月初旬，我又來到了河內，我們做了一個比較難的正顎合併的關節手術，上次也是一樣我的兩個好朋友Dr. John跟Dr.Huy站在我主刀的手術台旁邊，兩位都是國際上知名的外科醫生，因為都深愛著手術的原因，我們也同時彼此學習，這樣的友誼非常難得。做完手術後，我想起了來河內前參加會議的曼谷，見到了許多許久不見的好朋友，回憶起這些跟我一起經歷起伏的友誼，就像Dr. Huy跟我說的一樣，外科醫師需要一些生活的溫度，才能讓自己不至於變成機器。
In early May 2026, I returned to Hanoi for a complex combined orthognathic and joint surgery. Once again, my two dear friends, Dr. John and Dr. Huy, stood by my side at the operating table. Both are internationally renowned surgeons, and because of our shared passion for surgery, we learn from one another—a rare and precious friendship. After the procedure, my thoughts drifted back to Bangkok, where I attended a conference before coming here. Seeing so many old friends reminded me of the bonds we’ve shared through all life‘s ups and downs. As Dr. Huy told me, a surgeon needs the warmth of life to keep from turning into a machine.
